Who we are

MKWEB Solutions SRL ("MKWEB", "we") is a Romanian limited liability company, fiscal code (CUI) 1746522, EUID ROONRC.J2005000665266, with its registered office at Str. Bobâlna 2/20, 540012 Târgu Mureș, Mureș, Romania. For personal data processed through this website, MKWEB Solutions SRL is the data controller.

What data we process, and why

Contact form. When you send us a message through the contact form on this website, we receive the details you enter, typically your name, contact details, company and the content of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal or enter into a contract with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data such as IP addresses and requested pages in server logs. We use this solely to keep the website secure and operational, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded contact form is provided by Pipedrive and may use strictly necessary technical means to function; no marketing cookies are set by us.

Who receives your data

The contact form is operated through Pipedrive, a customer relationship management platform that processes form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Pipedrive may process data in data centres inside and outside the European Economic Area; where data leaves the EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our website is hosted on infrastructure operated for MKWEB within the European Union.

Beyond that, we share personal data only where required by law, or with professional advisers under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, related data is kept for the duration of that relationship and any statutory retention periods (for example accounting law). Server logs are kept for a short, limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form or by post at our registered office address above.
